(2) The design of parts and pipeline structure should be reasonable
When designing parts, there must be a guiding angle to avoid damage to the seal during assembly. When assembling the seal ring at the location with sharp edges and grooves, use a protective sleeve to avoid damage to the seal.
When setting up the hydraulic pipeline, the distance between the oil tank and the actuator should be as short as possible, and the elbow of the pipeline, especially the 90° elbow, should be as few as possible to reduce pressure loss and friction.
Pipe joints should be minimized in the hydraulic system of the lifting platform. 30%-40% of the system oil leakage is caused by pipe joints.
(3) To control the oil temperature of the hydraulic system
If the oil temperature is too high, the lubricating oil film will become thinner, the friction will increase, the wear will increase, and the sealing material will age faster, making it harder and brittle, and may quickly lead to leakage.
Controlling the increase in temperature of the hydraulic system generally starts from the design of the oil tank and the setting of the hydraulic pipeline. In order to improve the heat dissipation effect of the fuel tank, the heat dissipation surface of the fuel tank can be increased, and the oil discharge and return inside the fuel tank can be separated by a baffle. The temperature of the hydraulic oil in the tank is generally allowed to be between 55°C and 65°C, and the temperature should not exceed 70°C. When the oil temperature of natural cooling exceeds the allowable value, it is necessary to add a cooling water pipe inside the oil tank or install a cooler on the oil return line to reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil.
(4) Choose hydraulic components and pipe joints with appropriate structures
Choose suitable hydraulic components, such as solenoid directional valves. If the system does not require fast switching, a wet solenoid valve should be selected. Because the wet solenoid valve has a long life and small impact, there is no dynamic seal at the push rod, which eliminates the leakage caused by the push rod.
There are three types of pipe joints commonly used in hydraulic systems: flared, ferrule and welded. These three types of joints have their own characteristics and should be selected according to working reliability and economy. Flared joints are generally cheaper, and ferrule joints can withstand large vibrations. Welded joints are used in occasions that can withstand high pressure, high temperature, and large mechanical loads and strong vibrations.
(5) Strictly control manufacturing quality
Strictly control the dimensional tolerance of the sealing groove, and the surface roughness must meet the requirements of the drawings. There should be no burrs and bruises on the edge of the groove, and it must be cleaned before assembling.
The size of the sealing cover and the screw holes of the flange cover should be of high quality, and the gap should not be too large to avoid the sealing element being extruded.
